The pace varies with the landscape – a lot of walking with intermittent canters, long and fast along sandy tracks. Though spirited, the horses look after you brilliantly, carrying riders over all but the very steepest parts of the route.This is a challenging trail for riders that are physically fit and able to lead their horse on the steepest sections. A deep and genuine sense of achievement is your reward at the end of the week!

 
 

Guided by French-born ranch owner Nico, you can listen to his tales of crossing the Middle East on horseback before settling in the remote region of Cappadocia. Spend the days clambering up and down steep passes and enjoying long canters with superb views on the plateaus above the deep canyons.
