Q: How do I book a holiday once I’ve found it? A: Once you’ve found your ideal trip:
- Check available dates: Scroll down on the trail page to see a list of avasilable dates with prices and click on your preferred date
- Deposit Payment: Pay a 20% deposit by card on our website to book your place on the trail
- Booking confirmation: Our team will get back to you promptly, typically within 24-48 hours, with confirmation of your boking and next steps.
Q: What happens after I pay my deposit?
A: Once your deposit is received and your booking is confirmed, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your booking details.
- An invoice regarding your final payment due date (typically 8 weeks before departure).
- Pre-departure information, including packing lists, destination contact details and any other useful information
Q: When is the final payment due?
A: The final balance is due 8 weeks before your departure date. We will send you a reminder closer to the time.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: While we require a deposit and a final balance, we are happy to discuss flexible payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to arrange this.

A: Yes! Approximately 2-3 weeks before your departure, you will receive your final details, contact numbers for your hosts, and any last-minute essential information.
