Swimming with the horses is possible during the beach section of the trail and accommodation is in clean and well-maintained dormitories. This is an affordable trail with the friendliest hosts on one of France’s most beautiful islands.

The pace is varied, slower in the mountains with trots and canters on the beaches and plateaus. Along the way, you pass through traditional villages and experience the island’s distinct culture and local cuisine. You'll visit some local Coriscan food producers and take part in tastings of cheeses, wines and other specialities of the island.
