Northern Lights Trail
Visit a remote winter wonderland to marvel at the Northern Lights. Spend three days riding the willing Icelandic horses on volcanic mountain slopes before relaxing in thermal swimming pools and watching the snow fall from the outdoor hot tub. This trail also takes you to the waterfalls, geysers and hot springs scattered across southern Iceland.
| Accommodation during the trail is at a countryside hotel, close to your host’s farm. All rooms are spacious, toasty warm and light-filled. There are traditional wooden hot tubs to relax in at the end of the day and each room has a door to the garden, allowing you to step outside and observe the scenery and northern lights.
